3. We provide a quote for annual accounting fees, with the first year free for all property structures and bus that are not GST registered.
a. That means a property investor pays us only for disbursements for the first year, and some minor tax management fees!
b. If you are self employed, the accounting work for self employed activity is not free, – only the property investing. But self employed still get the free property accounting deal on their non GST registered structures.
c. The first year is free, but you must sign up for 3 years at the pre-quoted price. This is win-win – you get a free first year and we make money at a pre-quoted rate in year 2 and 3.
4. If you like the quote we provide, and want to go ahead, we take you through a simple process to get you ‘inducted’ into our practice. We make this really easy, – we even write to your accountants and arrange for the transfer of records for you.
